Claims are filed with the store you bought from.
Every store that uses BuySure has its own claim page. It already knows the store, so it can check your order and your claim window before it asks you anything.

Where do I start a BuySure claim? On the claim page of the store you bought from, linked in your order confirmation email or on the store's help page. Claims open seven days after the order and close at the end of the store's claim window, between 15 and 90 days after the order.
Find your store's claim link.
Stores put the link where customers look first. Try these, in this order.
Your order confirmation email
Most stores include the claim link with the protection line on the receipt.
The store's help or shipping page
Look for protection, claims, or damaged and lost parcels.
Your account with the store
If you have one, claims appear on the order itself.
Ask the store
Their support team can send you the link directly.
Know the store's Shopify address?
Enter the store's myshopify.com address and we will take you to its claim page.
BuySure cannot open a claim for you. Claims belong to the store, and the store makes the decision. We build the platform they use.
What do I need to file a claim?
Your order details
The order number and the email you used to buy. The claim page checks both.
A picture of the problem
Damage: the item and the box together. Missing items: the contents next to the packing slip. Theft: where it was left. jpg, png, pdf, heic or heif.
How you would like it resolved
Refund, replacement or store credit, from whatever the store offers.
How do I track my claim?
Your confirmation includes a claim reference and a tracking link. It shows the status, the items, your evidence and the conversation with the store.
When can I file a claim?
Claims open a week after the order, to give the parcel time to arrive, and close at the end of the store's claim window. The claim page tells you if you are outside it.
